We are now looking for an IT Security Technician for a role within a security-critical IT environment. This role is suitable for you who have experience with networks, firewalls, and incident management, and who want to work operationally with the operation, maintenance, and further development of complex infrastructure.

About the Role

You will strengthen an existing operation responsible for the operation and development of network and security environments. The work includes monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, analysis, and technical measures to ensure a stable, secure, and efficient operational environment.

The role also involves installation, configuration, and change management in complex network and firewall environments, especially where solutions deviate from the standard and require in-depth technical competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of network and security infrastructure
• Work with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management
• Participate in installation, configuration, and change management in network and firewall environments
• Perform technical analysis and measures to ensure stable and secure operations
• Contribute with technical advice and documentation
• Collaborate with other technical areas to ensure secure and appropriate solutions
• Work with the organization's management, monitoring, and automation tools

Requirements for the Role

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of documented experience as a network technician
• Good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Documented experience in configuring and operating network products and/or firewalls from Cisco or Check Point
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident management in network and security environments

Advantageous Qualifications

• Experience working in large and complex IT environments
• Experience working in security-classified operations or other operations with high requirements for information security

Job Details

• Scope: 100%
• Location: Stockholm
• Remote work: Up to 25%, with a requirement of at least 3 days per week on-site
• Security clearance required
